Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear unboxing video
- Product photos
- Order details and issue description
After verification, an eligible replacement or refund may be provided based on the situation.
Please note:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled
- Refunds are not applicable for opened or used products
- Refunds are not available for incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor packaging damage during shipping that does not affect product quality is not eligible for refund or replacement
